In Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, David Hackbart was backing in to a parallel parking space when another driver pulled up behind him blocking his effort. David raised his middle finger in protest. He then heard a voice say, “Don’t flip him off!” David turned his head - and finger - toward the voice. It was a cop. David was arrested for disorderly conduct. He has filed suit.
