In Indiana, Fred and Rosie Shuger were arrested and convicted for honking their horn and allowing their dog to bark out the window. A state appeals court upheld their conviction under Indiana’s Hunter Harassment Act which prohibits “intentional interference with the legal taking of a game animal.” The court upheld the law as a reasonable time place and manner restriction unrelated to content.
