In Alaska, the agency that manages the Juneau Federal Building refused to post fliers with anti-war messages on a public bulletin board. An organization known as Veterans for Peace hired an attorney who contacted the building managers. Under the first amendment, agents of the government may not discriminate among points of view when providing a public forum for discussion.
